Update: The team reached out promptly after my original review and offered to make things right. I appreciate the attention to this matter and their willingness to resolve the issue. Updating my rating to reflect that.

I am very disappointed in this app. I have automations going to customers that I did not design or approve which completely are misaligned with the actual campaigns that are active. I am currently being overbilled and charged $200 a month and nobody within grid pixel has done $200 worth of work in any way shape or form it is very disappointing.
