We’ve been pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the product and the level of customer support. Arleen supported me throughout the free trial, and that made all the difference. She answered every question promptly and escalated any issues to the developers without delay. It’s also worth noting how quickly technical problems were resolved — unlike with other companies where you often wait days or even weeks.
