I am being billed monthly $7.99 for an uninstalled app. Please help me fix this. Thank you for explaining and fixing the issue. ReConvert Upsell was a large part of our business for years. Thank you again!

I can see that while the invoice appeared after you had uninstalled the app, the charge relates to the period before you uninstalled...

But I understand it's not ideal when it feels like you uninstalled, so why should you be charged (after the uninstall!)
