Still testing the app with our store but so far, the Support Help from Loren was very helpful with resolving issues while building the FAQ page. Thank you! I will update my review once the page is fully launched.

EDIT: Recently had issues with the app because of the subscription overhaul and Nicole was able to help me through the new process. 100% recommend their app and team!
