Following up: Our site is nearly live now and I wanted to separate the Reseller products into a different Category. I needed to contact Support to make this happen, so I left a message in their chat at 6pm on a Saturday, thinking they can deal with this on Monday. And suddenly Lyla comes online and handles the issue!! Thats above and beyond! Thanks Lyla!
