I used to trust Woohoo due to its popularity, but this time was a disaster. First, the spin-to-win logic is broken — I set the probability of “free” to 0%, yet a customer won it and even sent me the valid discount code. Impossible! Second, I configured a $20 off reward, but Woohoo gave out 20% off instead — a huge mistake that cost me real money. I contacted support multiple times, no reply, no resolution.
