Great Customer Service. I just started using the app and its fairly easy for me as I am not so tech savvy person. I used the chat feature and the rep was able to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Using this app will make listing on my Shopify Store 1000 time faster just by simply importing from my Ebay Store.
