Essent Preorder Back in Stock

We started using Essential Preorder & Presale for a seasonal product and at first I thought there was a problem, but it turned out to be my own shipping settings rather than the app. Samuel from support responded right away, patiently explained what was happening (with screenshots), and walked me through fixing it. The app itself works exactly as expected, and the customer service was excellent. Perfect for what we needed.
