A FREE app is a "FREE app", else you mention that you have to pay to make use of the full set of features! So that should be the first red flag - if you spend some time going through all the reviews, you'll discover that payments will be required after some usage.

The show-stopper for me was getting contacted by someone from support team on my personal Whatsapp from an unidentified Whatsapp number within seconds after installing the app, offering to provide support and assistance! It just felt wrong and I uninstalled the app after a couple of minutes.

The app might have a ton of features, but something just didn't feel right for me personally.
