Every time I have a question, they are very quick to respond, and will set things up for me in minutes. I save so much time and money with their apps, I can't recommend them highly enough! I tried 5 other loyalty programs before I chose this one. This is what the other 5 should have been like. First, setup is super easy and it looks great on my site out of the box. Second, the AITrillion app has so many features at a great price that using it is a no-brainer. Third, the customer support is the best I've ever experienced. If you want tons of features on your site at a great price with even better customer support, give AITrillion a try.

Ai trillion was great till they changed their pricing. I’ve literally built a whole store around loyalty pricing and now im forced to pay $75 extra a month for the same features. Tired of the bait and switch with this company. Originally the price was $25/Month with unlimited modules and they changed that down to 3. Now after another pricing change the app is unusable without paying extra to access my account and loyalty information….
