A very poor experience; customer service takes a long time to respond.

Clearly, someone made a purchase, but the amount actually decreased.

Super strange.

Regarding response times, we maintain an internal policy to respond to all support tickets and chats within one business day. In your case, we responded within just a few hours, well under our policy.

Concerning the campaign progress decrease you observed, this is actually expected behavior. When orders are cancelled, the progress bar automatically readjusts to reflect the true campaign status. This ensures accurate tracking for both merchants and backers. In our response to you, we provided the specific order numbers that caused this adjustment and explained the process.
