I really wanted to love this app. The concept is brilliant, and I truly believe the developer and support team did their best to accommodate my requests – they were responsive and tried to help. But the reality is, this app is simply not ready for use in a live store.
Despite its potential, the app was buggy, unpredictable, and difficult to rely on. It caused issues with my product pages, preview functions often failed, and the customisation experience for my customers was far from smooth.
As much as I appreciate the effort behind it, this kind of app should not be released until it's fully tested and functional. A broken customiser does more harm than good, and unfortunately, that was the case here.
I sincerely hope the developers continue improving it – but for now, I cannot recommend it.
