I just had a video call with Shivani Tiwari because I’m really not technical!
She was so warm and instantly knew exactly what I needed to do. She even pointed out things I hadn’t noticed, like the fact that my email was still the automated version, so I quickly updated it to make it more personal. I truly appreciate her help so much. The app btw is so so simple to use! Thank you.
