Anything but intuitive. There is a bar on the side of the shop that has not been configured, and it is not possible to figure out where to configure it. The “tutorial” does not show the short videos; instead, only a question mark appears. As a result, you end up clicking around blindly. If the basic settings do not work, you no longer feel like contacting support. The only good thing is that it's probably an inexpensive solution. If you feel like fiddling around with it, go for it.

For the sidebar button, it's very easy to customize or remove it under the menu Back in Stock > Policy & Branding > Form. Or just drop our support team a message, we will help you to remove it.
Our solution allows you to customize a lot of things, just spend a little time, you can customize everything we display.
