It is a little inconvenient that the contact us button overlaps the button to open and close the customer info side bar, so now I am not able to open it. I would suggest putting the contact us button in the settings side bar. The app and product itself is very impressive. It is clear AI is coming a long way

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve moved the Contact Center button to the settings page.
