Brilliant app - customers often input the wrong shipping address in haste and we have to go back to liaise with them on which one is correct! The app resolves that pain point and has saved hours of time. But what really stands out about this app is the support team. They are honestly the best I have ever worked with - quick to respond, patient, and genuinely invested in helping. It makes such a difference to feel supported while trying something new.
