Shipping Rates Rules & Zones

The best customer service I have ever experienced! I downloaded the App and was offered a Zoom call for help in setting it up. In the course of the call the developer asked a lot of questions to better understand my shipping goals and challenges. Based on my objectives, which turned out to be relatively simple, he suggested that I would currently be better served using Shopify rates rather than their App. He then did a screen share and walked me through how to set rates within Shopify to accomplish my objectives. So he talked me out of buying their App (which I will need in the future) and using the free option in Shopify, and then took the time to show me how to do it. What a great Shopify partner. I highly recommend.
