Terrible experience. The UI is clunky, confusing, and extremely time-consuming to use. The app feels very limited and far from user-friendly.
The biggest issue is misleading information on their pricing. They advertise a “free plan with watermark,” but what they don’t explain is that the watermark is not a small corner mark—it’s a huge box plastered across every single page of your catalog. After you waste an hour or more creating a catalog, you realize it’s completely unusable unless you pay. That’s not a watermark, that’s bait-and-switch.
This app is a total waste of time and money. Shopify should really remove apps like this from the store.
Hi, yes, you are correct. There were so many issues in the previous version, which is why we built a new one from scratch. All issues are resolved, and it works perfectly. I can say there is no other app in the Shopify App Store with so many features that is still easy to use.
Please give us one more chance, as we have solved all the problems!
