I very much appreciate the understanding and human quality you showed me when my trial expired and went automatically to a paid plan.
Due to family events I have been unable to commit to putting the app live in the short term but have been given the opportunity to launch later with a refund provided.
The team have also offered to help me with the areas that I am struggling with that have held the app back from going live - so when my life is back in my hands I can continue.
I cannot ask any more of them - and the support provided up to this point has been second to none.
