We would NEVER recommend Parcel2Go for ANY shipments.
We've had the worse nightmare with Parcel2Go with long-term consequences, and with deliveries to the USA never finalising, and zero notifications provided to us.
We now have chargeback after chargeback with penalties and fees, our account blacklisted for three months by Shopify causing total loss of sales, and our stellar 5-star reviews bombarded with customer complaints from all the problems caused by Parcel2Go.
The company is awful, and their labeling and tracking system completely illogical, and their delivery service is not reliable and doesn't even work.
