Hi Tren -- we're here to help! Please email our support team at support@alttext.ai and we'll make sure you get set up properly and have the app working. Usually things like this are due to simple incorrect setups that may have happened.

Update, Nov 11, 2025— Hi Tren-Dora, I would love to get to the bottom of this. Please email us at support@alttext.ai and we will happily refund any credits that may have been wasted and make sure that every single image in your shop is updated with alt text.
