We’d like to clarify that all charges for our app—just like any other Shopify app—are processed directly by Shopify, not by us. We cannot charge you, deduct payments, or access your payment method in any way. Any pending or completed charges are fully handled by Shopify’s billing system.
Our support team has already contacted you to clarify the situation and assisted you in receiving a full charge reversal through Shopify.
