We’re truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the charge — unexpected billing is always frustrating. We want to clarify publicly what we have already discussed with you privately.

Our free trial lasts exactly 3 days, and the charge occurred because the app was uninstalled after the trial had fully ended. Shopify’s billing system processes payments automatically once the trial expires — even if the app is uninstalled immediately afterward.

As soon as you reached out, we immediately issued a full refund, and during our follow-up call you confirmed that everything was resolved and that you were satisfied with the outcome. We were very glad to hear that.
