I rarely leave app reviews, but TinySEO earned this one.

Their customer support is insane - fast, helpful, and they actually know what they’re doing. No copy-paste nonsense. Real humans fixing real SEO issues. Special shoutout to Julia and Chris from the TinySEO team - both are consistently helpful, professional, and on point every time I reach out. I’ve also chatted with another team member from time to time, and the support quality has been solid across the board.

Results-wise? My Shopify SEO Performance score (mobile) jumped from 82 to 93 in about a week after implementation. That alone paid for the app in peace of mind.

Because of that experience, I now recommend TinySEO to my ecommerce clients and include it as part of my optimization stack moving forward.

Two features I wish they had (not deal-breakers, just wishlist items):

1. Built-in breadcrumb functionality

2. The ability to re-run site audits on demand and instantly see updated scores without having to request it from support

If those get added, it’s an automatic 10/10.
