Easy setup with outstanding support

Setting up TinySEO has been a smooth and straightforward experience. I did run into a duplicate JSON-LD conflict caused by a previous app, but Chris was instrumental in helping me resolve it quickly and efficiently. The app is well-built and the support team clearly knows their stuff. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in Google rankings — highly recommend!

I downloaded this app accidentally and immediately deleted it when I realized it was not the app I was looking for. I did not explore the app or use its features.

My concern was never simply about receiving a refund. The refund was appreciated, but that was not the reason for my review.

What I find concerning is the way the response to my review makes it sound as though I needed this app, needed the company’s assistance, or was somehow unhappy because I did not accept their help. That is not what happened.

My business does not primarily sell online. Most of my sales are in person, and I mainly use my website for customers to view my products and for sharing links. I therefore had no reason to need the optimization services being described in the response.

I also want to address the statement that my store “optimized images” and “activated asset preloading.” I did not intentionally explore or use these services. I downloaded the app accidentally and deleted it immediately because it was not what I was looking for.

Since uninstalling the app, I have also received multiple emails, including emails with subject lines such as “What would it take to get you back?” I consider these unnecessary, particularly since I have already uninstalled the app and have no interest in using it again.

I understand that Shopify handles billing and I appreciate that the charge was refunded. However, repeatedly explaining how your company tried to help me does not address the actual point: I did not need the app or your services in the first place.

I am entitled to leave an honest review based on my experience. I wish the company well, but I am not interested in the product and would simply like my decision to be respected. Received 8 emails in total.

Excellent Support & SEO Assistance

I had a great experience with the TinySEO support team, especially Julia. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

She identified that my store had multiple JSON-LD/schema sources running at the same time, explained the duplication issue clearly, and personally helped disable the unnecessary theme schema safely while keeping a backup. She also helped identify the GPTLab schema conflict and verified everything afterwards.

After the changes, Google’s Rich Results Test showed valid Product, Merchant Listing, Breadcrumb and Review structured data with no errors.

What impressed me most was that Julia didn’t just give instructions — she took the time to investigate the issue properly, explain what she was doing, and make sure everything was working correctly.

I used TinySEO in order to compress thousands of photos and to get storage in Shopify again. The job was done, but still no more storage. I reached out to Shopify and TinySEO for help. I was confused and stressed since my goal wasn’t reached. I got quick help. Especially Julia from Customer Service helped me a lot. She always answered quick and is very competent. I felt I was in good hands. This is what you expect or at least hope for in these days from customer service. She helped all along to fix the problem, which was on Shopifys side. I am satisfied and thankful. Anytime again.
