I thought I would share my thoughts after only a few hours of onboarding, trialling the 'Expert' plan. I am definitely no expert, and don't dream of becoming one... but with the incredible of Simon we have achieved more in a few hours than I ever expected. The interface is clean, simple and makes sense. The support is quick and proactive, which is rare these days. I always say "We are great (if not the best in business) at making eco-luxury sleep essentials, but not great at making websites and optimising our online potential". Exceptional customer support - very fast response time and very helpful. They fixed a duplicate code issue that was supressing our ranking, hopefully it gets our site ranking well again after some weeks.

Exceeded all my expectations
I added this app to my Shopify store for the features but it's the support that really makes this an outstanding app on your store.
I asked for guidance with one access request and have ended up with a complete site improvement, with SEO enhancements, site clean up and additional features that were not even on my radar.
It may be called Tiny Seo but the value that it adds is anything but that. Julia supported me with my enhancements with an approach of deeper diving and being very pro-active, outstanding service.
I would highly recommend this app and don't just add it, say hello to the team as that is where the power really lies with this app addition.

Tiny SEO has been such a great find. I had an issue on my store that I was stuck on, and their support team handled it way faster than I expected. I reached out thinking it might take a while or require back and forth, but they jumped in, figured it out, and fixed everything almost immediately.

What I liked most is that it didn’t feel like I was talking to a bot or getting copy-and-paste answers. They actually understood what was going on and took care of it without making it complicated for me.

It just made the whole experience stress-free, which is huge when you’re trying to run an ecommmerce store. Definitely recommend them if you want something reliable with really solid support behind it.
