Do not recommend this app. Did not prevent any chargeback on both stores I am using it. In fact, they charged me for an alert received long after the actual chargeback came through.
Furthermore, their support staff is terrible.

Hi there,
You setup RDR and Ethoca alerts, but all of your chargebacks were on PayPal. We offer PayPal alerts to prevent these types of disputes, but you did not activate PayPal alerts.

RDR and Ethoca provide no benefit to preventing PayPal disputes. Only PayPal alerts (a separate activation process) can help here.
Furthermore, you were never charged for any alerts on "Martina Portorož".
