First, I would like to offer my sincere apologies to the Simple Invoice team for the issues that occurred during this support experience. Here is the full sequence:
I needed to obtain the website-specific hash ID, so I sent an inquiry email to the team. Because I did not receive a reply in time, I asked our partner app to forward the question to the team on my behalf. Unfortunately, I still received no response. After many attempts, I finally tried leaving a negative review, hoping it would attract attention.
Although it was not an ideal method, it did directly connect me with a team member—a slightly amusing route. I hope the team can optimise the contact channels or open an in-app在线咨询 option and require every initiator to leave contact details, so inquiries can reach the right person accurately. Since I entered our company information in the store settings, that may be why I did not receive replies promptly.
Despite the long time it took to reach the team, I found the service excellent. As soon as Robert understood my issue, he provided timely assistance, passed the relevant information to the technical support staff of our partner app, and worked with me to solve the problem. All follow-up responses were also very prompt, making the support experience outstanding!
