Extremely poor experience with Roposo Clout.

My store was blocked due to a “high cancellation rate” even though cancellations were done ONLY after customer refusal during COD confirmation calls, purely to avoid RTO losses.
Out of 34 orders, only 3–4 were cancelled at the customer’s request.

Despite explaining everything clearly over email and app support, there is no transparency, no clear policy communication, and no definite timeline for resolution.
Seller support is slow and decisions feel automated rather than case-based.

This platform needs major improvement in seller support, fairness, and accountability.
Not recommended for serious sellers.
