It's not free. it asked me right away to pay one time fee and after that i can start using it

Hi Zelwar. Thank you for your interest in the app. The app is free for development stores. However, any store on a paid plan incurs a small fee of 0.99, as stated on the pricing card. I was going to issue a refund, but I see you haven't approved the charge. Feel free to install it from a development store; it shouldn't ask for any payments. Thanks!
