Exactly what I would expect from Royal Mail - no help, crap app. Absolute joke!

Update - Hello again. As you will have already noticed we are pleased to report that we have fixed the issue with your account and your shippable Shopify orders are successfully importing in to your Click & Drop again.

We have been investigating the integration behaviour on your Click&Drop account and it seems there is a discrepancy between your order product information being provided by Shopify and the information we are expecting to receive.
