Worst customer service by the entire team. Following are my experinces:
1. No one answered my query, just opening up tickets.
2. I got in contact personally with one of the previous know associate of Cedcom, only then I got a reply from the bestbuy team.
3. Even after this, the bestbuy ctx service team kept on answering what I didnot asked.
4. Despite my repeated attempts of sharing screenshots about the issue which need to be solved, explaining the core problem, they just kept on sharing what I already knew.
5. Kept on asking them with 1-on-1 meeting so that we can figure out and solve the error in uploading the products, but they didnot even responded to my this query.

Wish I would have spent the same amount of time on some other integration app.

I have been using their other integration app which is Bestbuy, they are pretty quick & reliable, but this bestbuy team, hands down for the worst customer service received from any helpdesk.
