honestly wetracked is the only platform i’ve used that actually tracks sales correctly, even when everything else is broken or makes no sense. i’m running a whole separate third platform and a different payment processor, and i still have no idea how they’re pulling the data but it just works. conversions show up clean, numbers line up, and i’m not sitting there guessing where my sales came from
the biggest thing for me though is support. hans is always on it. doesn’t matter if it’s 3am or 11:52pm, he responds fast and actually fixes things instead of giving generic replies. i’ve had pixels fired up and working literally within seconds of messaging the team
