Frankly, given the price of the app, I find it OUTRAGEOUS that there is no chat support, only email. It's ridiculous, no follow-up, no help. It's better to find an app with support.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand the desire for real-time live chat support and appreciate you calling this out.

While we don’t currently offer live chat, all Intelligems customers have access to a dedicated Slack channel with our support team, in addition to email support. Although Slack isn’t instant in the same way as live chat, we actively monitor requests and always aim to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible during business hours.
