I’ve tried a few chat apps on Shopify, and honestly this one surprised me. Setup was really straightforward and didn’t take much tweaking to get useful answers out of it. It picked up our product info and policies pretty well, so customers started getting accurate replies almost immediately.

What I like most is that it actually feels helpful instead of robotic. It answers common questions, recommends products in a natural way, and saves us a lot of back-and-forth messages especially outside business hours.

We’ve noticed fewer basic support emails and a couple of extra sales coming through chat, which is a nice bonus. For the price (and even the free plan to test), it’s definitely worth trying. Solid app so far.
