I'm paying too much money all the time... They're not providing service... We've been emailing for 15 days... I barely got them to lower the package... They charged me half the service fee... They charged me a high service fee of 199 euros... It's a total rip-off.

To clarify, the €199 charge was for Express Onboarding, which was selected during signup together with your other services. We delivered the Express Onboarding as ordered, and your onboarding was completed accordingly.
That said, we understand this may have been selected by mistake. Even though the service had already been provided, we still refunded the Express Onboarding fee as a goodwill gesture.
We also downgraded your subscription plan as requested, credited the difference, and removed the late payment fee from the invoice that had become overdue.
