Chargeback: Auto Prevention

You can’t easily cancel them — they’ve made it extremely difficult to remove your card, and the top-up amount is fixed and quite high, so you can’t change it. I strongly recommend that the team fix this and allow customers to choose their top-up balance and easily cancel any card they want. Otherwise, it feels sketchy.

Update: I spoke with the team, and they have solved all my issues. They helped me unenroll and made the full balance refund, plus helped me understand how their system works. So, I'm changing my review to five stars and waiting for the update where everyone can easily unlink the card and manage the balances as they want, not with some requirements and minimum amounts.
