We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration caused during setup.

The Chrome extension is only required for the store owner during the initial theme analysis process, so the app can automatically configure the geolocation settings correctly for your theme. Your store visitors or customers do not need to install anything.

We understand this may not have been clearly explained, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Our team is working on making the onboarding process much simpler and more user-friendly.

If you’re willing to give the app another try, we’d be happy to personally help you get everything set up quickly.
