Discount Kit

The app works well overall and the support team has been very helpful.

One challenge has been the limitation on how many discount cards can be active at one time, which has made things a bit difficult for us. The B2B toggle also automatically sets to B2B + B2C, which is something we have to monitor closely.

While I understand that the tags on the discount card must exactly match the customer tags, it can be tricky — even an extra space before or after a tag will prevent it from working, and this isn’t always easy to spot.

Overall, the app works great and we appreciate the helpful support.
