Orders were constantly being sent incorrectly or delayed, and I frequently received customer complaints and refunds after using their services. It also cost me a significant amount of advertising money and didn't help my store at all; I'm very disappointed.

Some of the delays may have coincided with the Chinese New Year holiday period (February 15–23), during which warehouse operations were temporarily paused and prior notifications were shared via our app. We fully recognize that this does not reduce the inconvenience caused to your business.
