Very poor support experience. The team is unable to handle customers professionally.

My account manager, Komal, handled the issue irresponsibly and kept shifting all the blame to the tech team instead of doing her part. There was no ownership, no proper follow-up, and no solution.

Overall support quality is disappointing. I would rather go with smaller companies like 11za that actually value customer service. even the reactivation process becomes hurdle, team confirm that my account is reactivated, after 6-7 hrs, its still deactivated.
