Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for any frustration. Our intention is always to help our clients as soon as we can during our working hours. However, we would love to clarify the timeline of our communication.
Your initial messages were received outside of our standard support hours. Our team picked them up first thing in the morning as soon as we started work, replying to your emails immediately. We even stayed after hours to ensure your issue was fully addressed, but unfortunately, we never received a reply back from you to our last messages.
