App does not allow us to do export of our data that we need to apply to our other store.
Support is not able or willing to help us do this export and import for us, therefore we need to do everything manually.

Unfortunately, Shopify uses different variant IDs for each store, and because our app depends on those IDs, settings cannot be transferred automatically between stores.
We understand how disappointing this was, especially when you were hoping for a simpler solution. If there had been a reliable way for us to do this for you, we would have gladly helped.
