Worst experience ever, been charging me for months despite contacting them about cancellation.

Now i've contacted them for a refund for the past 3 months they've been charging me, and I havent been using their service - they told me they'd refund me but in reality they only refunded a third of what they actually charged me.

Now despite telling them to cancel any upcoming payments and the subscription, they have the audacity to charge me £73.

The support team also told me "It's like Netflix, if you forget its not our fault." Which is by far the craziest thing I have ever heard!! Shows how much they care about customer service, all they want is to grab your money. Disgusting.
