I had a terrible experience with this app. I requested a refund on the same day that the services were due to renew, as we no longer needed them. To my surprise, the refund was rudely declined. When I asked why, I was told it was because of their "policy." However, after reviewing their terms and conditions carefully, I could find no mention of a no-refund policy. It seems like they simply make up policies on the spot to avoid giving refunds.
I find it incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that they declined my request without providing clear justification or referencing their actual policies. Transparency is key, and this app lacks that completely. I will not be using their services again, and I highly recommend others to be cautious before committing to anything with this company.

I installed this app via Shopify, but never initiated a free trial. Instead, I emailed back and forth with their support and they agreed to give me a much longer 45 day trial. This was not through shopify, but through the app developer directly. They NEVER stated they would begin charging me automatically after the 45 days were over. I have the full email thread as evidence. There is no gray area here. They never stated this.
I did not realize they were charging me ($449 per month!) for 2 months. When I realized 4 days after the 2nd charge, I contacted them. They refused to refund me. They said the charge was processed through Shopify and they could not do anything. Howeve, this was abolutely not true. I contacted Shopify support and they confirmed the the charges were NOT processed through Shopify. I again contacted this developer and they again refused to do anything about this.
I never provided credit card information directly to this developer. NEVER. This means the app developer utilized credit card info from Shopify to illegally charge me directly. I have informed American Express and they will be investigating. I also plan to escalate this issue with Shopify. Shopify should not allow app developers to leverage credit card information from Shopify to charge separately. This should be illegal.
Let's hope a company this shady is not allowed to continue providing services for Shopify.
I never bother leaving reviews but this was an exceptionally bad experience. I have some issues with the app itself, doesn't work well and missing some basic features but what was the worst was the support. Took days to answer and then the answer was a sentence or two, lazy, didn't answer my questions at all. Just seemed like someone responding to the requests in their lunch break and didn't really care if it helped. It was clear they didn't even read my message ♂️

The app is great, and the support was great, but now they only have bot chats, and they don't respond to their emails anymore either. We have waited 2 weeks for responses, and as a business, these things are important to fix. We are also on the highest plan, and not having an account manager that we can reach out to is just dumb. It's a sign that the app is dying.

At one point I was on a paid plan under $30 a month, but realized I could do what I needed on the free plan (the paid plan didn't offer much value for what I needed to do, just simple tracking of expenses). Now without warning the free plan is gone and the entry level plan is now $49 a month, but for what I'm not sure. Now I'm locked out of accessing reports of my expenses unless I pay. It's time to delete this app and say goodbye. I can track expense on my own since I"m such a small business. I might check out trueprofit as mentioned in another app.

Super Bad Experience. Staff super slow to respond. I get one response a day....
On March 7th I noticed
Theres a huge issue where my products are not appearing therefore I cant add costs. All my data is skewed and inaccurate
They said they have escalated but its been a week and half for it to get here.
Update 24th March. Still no fix. If something happens to your account they are very slow to fix. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Update 2nd April. They told me they can't fix this problem for me. Now I have to migrate to a new app and will lose alot of my data.

They took all my store data. After answering a lot of questions, they said that the data was missing and asked me to contact customer service. The first impression is very bad. If I change my mind, I will be sharing it here.

This app works very well. It allows you to track all your profits and losses from TikTok ads to Facebook ads, while also calculating all the fees from Shopify in a straightforward manner. The reason I am giving this app 4 stars is due to its pricing. For small businesses, the monthly cost may be prohibitive.
