I’ve been with this app for a year, and only recently did my small team and I realise just how many things they had set up incorrectly. They would say one issue was fixed, but every “fix” created another problem — and they repeatedly asked for more money for tasks they could have resolved with a simple click. Extremely disappointed.

I joined expecting my inventory and product data to be handled accurately. Instead, their system created widespread SKU and part‑number mismatches across thousands of products, including brand‑new items their own team added. This led to refunds, incorrect orders, and serious damage to the accuracy of my eBay inventory.

My CSV and supplier feed were correct; the errors only appeared after their sync. I now have over 26,000 products that require manual correction because of the changes their system made. Support consistently deflected responsibility and offered only a small partial refund despite the significant impact on my business.

I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank and Shopify.
