We had the app installed and subscribed to Pro on their website and starter in Shopify apps. It does the most basic of operations and is not very user friendly- at least not for us. After about an hour or so we decided it was frustrating and went back to quickbooks.
Although the 1 star isnt because of the product being frustrating to use, it was because no offer of a refund or automatic refund of my money for the pro subscription for only trying it out for an hour or so.
I went to their support pages to contact them about the refund, but it takes you to a page that says "how support works" then says contact them through your account. That would be great if when you cancel your account you dont get locked out the second you did it.
So no refund... and no "oh you paid for this so we will let you use it until the subscription ends" no just "here's the door, see yourself out, and we are keeping your money too."

It sounds like there may have been a bit of confusion. The Sync to Wave Shopify app is an independent integration that connects Shopify with Wave Accounting. We do not control Wave’s billing system or their refund policies.
