Is not reliable with Shopify store. Developers do not care if this app charges .80 cents 1 minute and 8.00 the next. Choosing this app is an expensive mistake! The monthly recurring charge may be small but the costs from the instability of the app are exponential! When reaching out for service, they blame the user. Even when you supply video showing otherwise. The app will then work for a short time and begin doing the same thing again. I would give a zero if it were available.

Hi Ann, we spoke on the phone previously and have connected offline about this. We apologize for the issues you experienced, in this case our server retained your barcode settings for a period, so after you updated your settings there was a delay in seeing this change reflected. We have since updated our system so settings changes are now applied immediately.

We’re continuing to look into this specific case and will review the video you mentioned once you’re able to share it. We appreciate your patience as we work to make sure everything is functioning reliably on your end.
