Worst customer support ever. They respond once every few days and don't help resolve issues. The dashboard metrics don't reflect reality, making it impossible to conduct any analytics.

Slow support responses are not acceptable, and if your dashboard data wasn't reflecting reality, that's a tracking setup issue we should have caught and fixed proactively during onboarding. We've been improving our onboarding process specifically to prevent situations like this.
If you're open to it, I'd personally like to jump on a call to understand what went wrong and make it right. We stand behind the product and I don't want you leaving with a broken experience.
