Sihi is the worst platform I’ve ever worked with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—they’re borderline scammers! They take forever to ship products. A friend of mine stocked up with them for Chinese New Year, and they didn’t send the products. Some of her orders were placed almost two months ago and still haven’t even left China. Nothing but headaches!
In my case, I was at least lucky that I only placed a few orders with them. They promised delivery within a maximum of 18 days, but I had products that took almost 40 days to arrive. It often took more than 15 days just for the items to leave China. Whenever I followed up, they responded with generic, copy-paste messages full of excuses. And the same excuses they used with me were the exact same ones they gave to my friends at different times.
I only gave them a 1-star rating because it’s impossible to give zero.
There are much more reliable platforms out there than this garbage.
