However, fraud prevention is a highly technical area, and some features require careful configuration. If rules are configured too aggressively or without fully understanding their behavior, legitimate visitors may be affected unintentionally.

For this reason, our support team is available 24/6 to help merchants review their settings, recommend the most suitable configuration, and ensure their store remains protected without impacting real customers. We also always have developers on standby to investigate and resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

We would also like to assure you that MIDA does not collect sensitive customer information or engage in any fraudulent activities. Merchant trust and store security have always been our highest priorities.
